Preliminary Competition Elements

Preliminary Well-Balanced Freeskate (FS)

Jumps	No limit on number of single jumps Axel plus max of 2 different double jumps (which may be repeated as solos, sequences, or combinations) are permitted
Jump Combos	At least 1 combo or sequence, but no more than 3 total (number of jumps included in combo or sequence is free)
Spins	Min of 2 spins of a different nature (min 3 revs)
Steps	1 step sequence using one-half of the ice surface
Rulebook	2006 Rulebook / #3701 // Duration: 1m30s ±10s

There is no Preliminary SP defined in the 2006 Rulebook. Preliminary skaters are not eligible for Qualifying competition.
